Presence without pressure
Gentle group sessions and workshops for slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to yourself — at your own pace.
The Philosophy
The ocean does not resist its tides.
Low tide is not a failure — it is part of the rhythm.
When the water recedes, what was hidden becomes visible: the texture beneath the surface, the quiet life usually unseen, the space that was always there.
Slowing down can feel the same.
Not as giving up, but as returning. Returning to the body, the breath, and the present moment. Creating enough space to listen to ourselves again.
Low Tide was created as a softer response to a world that constantly asks us to do more, improve more, become more.
Here, nothing needs to be earned.
Rest is not falling behind.
Presence is enough.
This is not a place to perform.
It is a place to arrive.
"When the water recedes, what was hidden becomes visible."

About
For most of my life, movement has been how I reconnect with myself.
I started dancing when I was 11 years old, and over the years I found different ways of coming back to that feeling of presence — first through movement, then through yoga, and later through surfing after moving to Portugal.
What these practices had in common wasn't performance or achievement. It was the feeling of creating space. Space to slow down, clear my mind, and return to myself.
At the same time, I became increasingly aware of the pressure that surrounds us. The pressure to optimise, improve, do more, and be more. It often feels like there is always another habit to build, another goal to reach, another way we should be taking better care of ourselves.
Even wellbeing can start to feel like something we need to get right.
When a surfing injury kept me out of the ocean for almost a year, everything changed.
Without the water, I had to find another way back to that same sense of space and reset. That's when breathwork and meditation became a real part of my life — not as a wellness trend, but as a genuine lifeline. They helped me slow down, stay present, and approach uncertainty with a little more ease and a little less urgency.
Today, I combine breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement to help people create small moments of stillness within busy lives.
Not because life needs to be perfect.
But because sometimes a few conscious breaths, a few moments of presence,
and a little space to listen can change how we feel, how we respond,
and how we move through the world.
